By installing or using the Clip & Save HLS Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.
The Extension downloads HLS / M3U8 video streams and converts them to MP4 files on your device. A free version is available; a Pro version with additional features (timestamp clipping and adaptive concurrency) is available for a one-time fee.
The free version is licensed for personal use free of charge. The Pro version is sold as a one-time, lifetime license and is delivered as a unique License Key bound to a specific device.
You agree to use the Extension only for content you own, or for content you have permission to download, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. You are solely responsible for any content you download and for ensuring such use complies with the rights of third parties and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You may not use the Extension to circumvent access controls or authentication on websites you are not authorized to access.
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available." We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. Downgrading or losing access to features does not entitle you to a refund.
The Extension is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free or that downloads will always succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Extension.
Refunds are handled by the payment provider's policies. No refund will be issued for License Keys that have been activated, or for violations of these Terms (such as key sharing).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
